1. Who is responsible?

The controller for information handled directly through this website is Sue Berry, trading through Sue Berry Expat Beauty, an independent Oriflame consultant serving Spain and the Canary Islands.

This site is independent from Oriflame. When you visit Oriflame Spain, create an account, register, shop or place an order, Oriflame handles that information under its own privacy notices.

2. Information you choose to provide

The Contact Sue form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. A WhatsApp number is optional unless you request a WhatsApp callback.

The website does not save the form contents in its own database. It prepares an email in your own email application. Your information is only sent if you choose to send that email. Messages received by Sue may be retained in her email account while needed to answer your enquiry, provide requested support, keep reasonable business records or meet legal obligations.

3. Analytics information

Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-8JXQTV925X, is available on this site. It only loads after you choose “Accept analytics”. It may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, session statistics and interactions with the site.
